ORDERING INFORMATION

The SENSORWORX Custom Engraving Service offers a level of finish and ease of use that exceeds standardized scene controllers. Each button can be imprinted with up to 2 Lines with 5 Characters per line. The SWX-854-4S-B-XX and SWD-804-4S-XX can be easily customized with our Engraving Request Form. Engraving Services can be requested using two methods detailed below:

METHOD 1
Ordered on Same PO as Equipment

Add line item for SWX-ENGRAVESERVICES onto BOM along with equipment.

The line item will get invoiced together with the equipment.

There will be a link on the sales order/ packing slip/ invoice to the engraving detail form which can be submitted at any time. The form will ask for the order number and will require shipping information (in case it is different than original order). Each form will be for one unique face, so if faces are different, you will be submitting a form for each customization in your email.

Estimated 4-week lead time on custom faces, they will be drop shipped to address on form.

METHOD 2
Ordered at a Later Date (No PO)

If a completed engraving detail form is submitted and no Sales Order# is referenced, a credit card invoice will be sent back to the submitter with a link to a credit card payment portal.

Order will not be processed until Credit Card invoice is paid.
